Why did I drive all the way to PA from northern NH to buy a travel trailer? Simple. Service & price. Dennis and Joe called me several times with additional info even though I wanted a cheap used one while other dealers either never responded to my inquiries or contacted me after the trailer was sold. They've earned my return business.
Tried to get our RV fixed from tire blowing out. For over 2 months. This was an insurance claim. We had the check. Owners kept giving us the run around. They flat out lied to us. Said they were waiting for part from another dealer to come in. We talked to Moore's said they were still waiting for the parts to come in from the other dealer. That the other dealer hasn't gotten them in yet. We got off the phone with Moore's and called the other dealer. The other dealer said the parts have been there for a couple weeks. That they were tired of walking around them. This was just one of the issues we had
The people are very knowledgeable on their products and are very friendly. The customer service is outstanding.
