It has been about a month since treatment and am still pain free. They work with you to create a treatment plan, provide at home exercises and empower you to take control of your journey towards recovery.

I highly recommend Solley. I took my 1 month old daughter to get adjusted after she was having issues sleeping/napping (yes.. an infant who would fight sleep and be up for 8 plus hours at a time), acid reflux and gas! After her first adjustment she became pretty regular and was sleeping 4 to 5 hours stretches at night! Any new parent knows that this is gold when your little one sleeps! She was much happier and even started napping during the day! I wish I would have taken her sooner!!
I am so grateful that I found Solley Health First Chiropractic. I had been dealing with back and leg pain for months that the Orthopedist could not seem to alleviate. I had some medication and therapy that helped to some extent but did not take care of the continued pain and inability to move freely. At my consultation Dr. Colesar was able to tell me her thoughts about the pain and what therapy may be helpful. She acknowledged the pain I was having and what a relief to know that I could be helped. I started treatments with her and was very excited to feel relief from the pain that had debilitated me for so long. As we continued to work together, her knowledge helped me to understand how my body worked and how I could continue to improve with exercises and treatment. Dr. Solley has guided me with nutritional help as well (very supportive, informative and encouraging) and this has made a great change in my life too. I cannot be thankful enough for all the knowledge, understanding and help that the doctors here have given me. Most importantly they have given me back the ability to walk and do daily life without pain taking control of my life.
