I sat with my 92 yr old father in er waiting room for over 4 hours without making it into actual er. I finally went to Troy guthrie er where my father was treated. He has a severe uti and was in significant pain. Anybody knows uti's can turn septic very quickly. Although I inquired 3 times over the delays, I was not able to get any traction with er staff. Don't trust them if you are ill. There seems to be a real disconnect between taking care of people and realities of those who have to go to ERs

My son has been waiting for over 4hours to get help. Since we been here 2 other people have look left because they got tired of waiting .and there are other people still waiting. What a shame no compassion for people who are sick
I brought my 18 yr old son to this place because he needed help, they took the meaning of compassion, and intergrity to a whole other level, they have lied, degraded our family and my son, denied my son his basic rights to phone calls, food and his medical records, and the right to his family,they 302'ed my son when he willing said he would do a 201, he had a severe anxiety attack because they were continuing to hold him from 7pm till the next day and would not allow him to go outside,they are still holding my son and not allowing him the proper rights as a human being, because we questioned their intentions, Dr.Lei, the social worker, director of nursing and staff members,they decided to strip him of all rights, they threatened to drug him, restrain him because he had an anxiety attack and they were unable to handle it, they called the police and the wellsboro police taunted his family as well as my son and told us we did not have the right to ask the nursing staff for proof of how they can hold him, or to his paperwork, when we asked to speak to the higher ups they also did the same and then made it to where I couldn't come in to see him and lied to my son and told him I had left the premises, we came to them for help, never again would I ever allow my family to come here again, they have drugged my son now and he is sleeping and they can not tell us where they are transferring him to, by 7pm tonight it will be 24 hours they have held him, this hospital has lost all human compassion, and caring to family members and patients, I am truly saddened that they are trying to hold my son as a criminal when we went to them for help, and as for seeking help for your loved ones, stay clear from here, they are unable to handle medical situations that they should be well trained in, when you can not talk to family or patients, and try to hold your stance above them then you have lost all meaning to why you even became who you are
