These guys are awesome. I've never had the insurance issues mentioned by another reviewer and never been required to pay first. I have, however, found them to be great to deal with and they provide amazing dental care to our whole family, including a young boy who had so many bad experiences with various "specialty" children's dentists that he was terrified to go... But isn't at all scared to go back.
