Contacted the dealership Monday morning regarding a truck they had in stock. I filled out the preapproval credit application, advised the salesman Logan that I was interested in financing for 5-6 years and could put down whatever is needed to get me a good rate. Called the dealership to speak to Logan Tuesday afternoon as I had not heard back from him. The receptionist took a message and said I would get a call back. Now today, Wednesday, I called and they sold the truck to someone else yesterday. Would not recommend.
Fast freindly service. I bought my truck near Muncy PA and when you buy at Blaise Alexander you get free inspections for as long as you own the vehicle. That's free at any Blaise Alexander. So I got the inspection in Mansfield for free.
I had a very good experience with the sales dept. The vehicle I wanted to look at ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My salesman Logan was helpful and fun to work with, and James the sales manager was great. Everyone was super friendly and ready to help in any way. They were not pushy or trying to sell you something you didn't want or need.
